PERM Processing Time as of 25 April 2011

Tuesday, April 26, 2011 | , , , , ,

DOL recently released current PERM processing times. There is great reduction in audit cases. Compared to last month audit case processing time has moved from March 2009 to December 2009. Huge reduction in inventory. DOL has started processing cases from March 2011. We are seeing some approvals for first week of March. Good Luck to applicants who are waiting patiently. On average expect wait-time of 45-60 days for PERM approval.

PERM Processing Times as of April 25, 2011

  • Analyst Reviews: March 2011

  • Audits: December 2009

  • Standard Appeals: September 2008

  • Government Error Appeals: Current

What does this mean if you have a priority date of May 2009 in the EB3 category......does this mean that things will move faster?

Hi CM,

Is it possible for you to start a tracker and analytics, for the forum members? The present tracker seems to college admission tracker?

Thanks,

All this mean is that individuals who were in limbo due to their PERM LCs audits can expect approval soon. In big picture it means these people can file for their I-140 and if current, their I-485.

@gcw07 Sure we can do that. Great suggestion. I will be in contact with you later today.

BTW, thank you for pointing out the missing piece on PWMB. That was great, I never thought it will be that significant. Credit goes to you on this one. Great point.
