July 2012 Visa Bulletin Predictions
- EB3- China could advance to 15 September 2005
- EB3 – ROW and EB3-Mexico could advance to 08 July 2006
- EB3 – Philippines could advance to 15 June 2006
- EB2 for ROW, Mexico and Philippines could see cut-off date of 01 August 2011 – 01 November 2011 in coming bulletins.
- EB3-India could advance to 22 September 2002.
- EB2-India and EB2-China would stay ‘Unavailable’ until September 2012.
Note – Predictions are based on educated guess and is not guaranteed. Please take it with a grain of salt. EB2-ROW/Others date are determined based on discussion with attorney friend.
My PD is May 2010 (EB2), any idea when it will current?
Can you explain how is eb2 I looking with respect to the demand data that is released
I don't understand why the EB2 will stay "Unavailable" till September. Would we not get any spill over from EB1 or horizontal spill over from EB2 ? According to the Pending inventory data released in May, I dont see all the usage of EB1 and rest of the world happening in this fiscal year. I am sure they would not have already given these visas to us.
Can you please let us know if I am missing anything?
Thanks

EB2 ROW - 01 Jan 09
would you please let me know that is it possible to have fast forward movement in august and september visa blletin for EB3 Row
What do you mean by "EB2 ROW - 01 Jan 09"?
For China/India its "U".
If my PD is APRIL 2007 Philippines, when will it be current?
Do you have any analysis/predictions for the FY2013? Looking at the USCIS I-485 inventory from May 3, 2012 release, it looks like most people with 2009 PDs will not get their GCs in FY2013! Would you agree?
You asked me in the June Visa Bulletin prediction. if your case approved, could you post here?
Yes i can thats why i am posting here. I applied on EB3 - Rest of the world- PD is May 4, 2006, current in june visa bulletin and approved on 6-20-2012 - I see Card/ Document Production when i check my status. I guess its done,.
Thanks,
GC

2.) make sure you prepare all docs for interview.
3.) make sure employer and job offer still available. if not i can help you. many filipinos have same problem. my classmate changed employer and repeat all process thru premium processing. packet 1 to 3 in 2 weeks. shes now in florida. 4. have medical 1 or 2 weeks before interview sched. check www.slec.ph frop complete instruction . make sure your not having mens if your a woman. or comeback a week after period. then remember when you last slept with partner. they want to make sure your not preggy when they give vaccine. some harmful to fetus. then also try searching body in advance for scars like BCG and chickenpox. it would mean you have had the disease. everybody always have a scar with chickenpox. usually scar is excavated. BCG indurated.
5. then INTERVIEW!!!! make sure you bring original docs. and know your petitioner and salary. just try knwoing some details like your case number, PD, employer name, etc.. thats what she told me.

2.)make sure you still have employer or job offer

4.) interview!
5.) by chance r u scheduled on 27? and know nancy?
2.)if no job offer/ employer i can help you. you change employer but retain PD. thats what my classmate did. shes now in florida! flew last month.
3. for medical. make sure not period or go back a week after. remeber when you hav last slept with partner. they would like to make sure your not preggy. vaccine harmful to fetus. check body for scars chicken pox, bcg.
4. interview. remember little details or your case like case number, salary, petitioner etc.
Grassley has reached and agreement to lift the HR 3012. However he has changed the non-limit rule to 15% quote per country (employment immigrants). This changes completely the predictions you had in a previous article. Do you have an estimate of how long this new rule will increase the wait for someone in EB3 ROW with PD April 3, 2007
Thanks
When can we have your August 2012 prediction? Hope you can post it asap. Thanks!

Iam EB2 India Feb. filer at NSC , PD May 2009 ,got EAD & FP done in April.Iam badly awaiting for my GC., due to situation !
Please ..pls. tell me what is the probable date of getting my GC.
Thanks in advance.
I am not joking.
Are you EB3ROW?
http://www.immigration-law.com/ this is showing the EB demand data for Aug.2012
i dont get it ...My PD May 2009 EB2 India , and in the table I see that by Jan.2009 it is 15,200...demand , which means so many applications are pending ?how many they will be giving now and how long I have to wait for GC ?
Yes ,I am in EB3ROW and my pd is 19th of October 2006.If we see slow down movement ,then,it cannot effect our case.
Countries other than China and India (ROW, Mexico & Philippines) No
Country can use more than 25% of these (1,502)
Year 1 - 85% (34,034) for use by India & China. No Country can
use more than 85% of these (28,929) so China will have a minimum of
5,105.
Years 2 & 3 - 10% (4,004) reserved for Countries other than
China and India (ROW, Mexico & Philippines) No Country can use more
than 25% of these (1,001)
Years 2 & 3 - 90% (36,036) for use by India & China. No
Country can use more than 85% of these (30,631) so China will have a
minimum of 5,405.
China will quite quickly reach the same Cut Off Date as ROW etc. At
that point ROW, Mexico, Philippines and China will share the combined
number of available visas by PD, since China cannot have a PD later than
the Worldwide one.
Only Philippines are likely to reach the 25% limit of Reserved
visas, but may use a disproportionate number of the the Unreserved visas
that China eventually brings to the table because they have a huge
demand where the Cut Off Dates have presently reached.
Mine will be for sure in 2013 ., as CM has previously told.
is your PD oct 19 2006? i just got current last month. finished my medical and will be having an interview by the end of july. i just hope everything will go smoothly. im also praying for everyone to have fast movement on their american dream. im very very poor here in my country. this is what i was always praying for. a chance.
based on what i have read. the bill hr 3012 is very near completion. it only needs to be voted by senate and get a majority vote for it to pass. then maybe signed or VETOED by president OBAMA. thats what we row/phil/mexico hope for. eventhough it looks its only a few steps away from becoming a law. it usually takes a lot of time in scheduling for a hearing and voting. i just hope you get a visa before everything turns really bad for us.
lets also hope that this bill doesnt get voted before election. and that the sponsor of the bill doesnt get re-elected so nobody will support the bill. hehe.
r u from row? is your PD oct 19, 2006? i dont think hr 3012 will affect you much . eventhough it gets approved. you still have a 2 or 3 year transition period. that would still mean movement in eb3 row every month. and that, eventhough hr3012 look its almost a few steps away from becoming a law. it usually takes a lot of time in scheduling at voting and signing by the president. so dont worry. youll get a visa before this bill becomes our worst nightmare. hehe. but i still hope hr 3012 will not become a law.
H.R. 3012 was never taken up. No more time, I supposed.08/02/2012: Senate Adjourned Until
09/10/2012 Other Than Potential Pro Forma Sessions With No Votes
The Senate adjourned after
8:00 p.m. this evening after passing Senate Continuing Resolution
56 to adjourn until September. Should the House fail to pass
this Resolution, the Senate will schedule Pro Forma sessions,
including tomorrow, but until after September 10, 2012, there
will be no voting activities in Pro Forma sessions. The controversial
H.R. 3012 was never taken up.
Great article to read. very informative.
http://www.mercan.com/en/usa-project-offerings
LEGISLATIVE UPDATE: NO ACTION ON HR 3012
The Senate passed several immigration-related bills yesterday before adjourning
for their summer recess, although they failed to take up HR3012.
HR3012 calls for a leveling of the immigrant visa retrogression among
all applicants by eliminating the per-country immigrant
visa caps, removing one of the most unfair aspects of employment-based
immigration. Unfortunately, the bill does not do this by adding more
immigrant visas to the quota. The consequence of the failure to add
more visas to the quota is that if HR3012 becomes law, it could delay
ROW immigrants' visas for several years. HR 3012 attempts to reduce
this delay with its three-year phase-in, but this plan that is far from perfect.
HR
3012 also controversally adds burdens to the H-1B process, such as
allowing the DOL to delay and deny Labor Condition Applications for
virtually any reason. Some US employers are unhappy with these burdens,
which may be the cause of HR 3012's inability to be acted on before the
summer recess.
The Senate did pass S. 3245, which has four immigration-related components. S. 3245 extends by three years:
1. The EB-5 Regional Center Investor Program2. The E-Verify program3. The Special Immigrant Nonminister Religious Program4. Conrad State 30 J-1 Visa Program for physicians
S.
3245 still needs to pass the House. If S. 3245 is not passed by the
House by October 1, 2012, then these programs will no longer exist.
Because these programs are popular, S.3245 is expected to be passed by
the House and eventually be enacted into law.
The
fate of HR3012 is a more open question. HR3012 needs to pass the
Senate and then the House. There is a window of a few weeks in
September where this may happen. If HR3012 is not passed in
September, there is still a chance that it could pass in the lame-duck
legislative period in November/December.
