- EB3- China and EB3-Philippines could advance by almost a year.
- EB3-Mexico could advance to February 2004.
- EB3-ROW could advance to August 2005.
- EB2 will be current for ROW, Mexico and Philippines.
- EB3-India could advance by a month.
- EB2-India would not see any movement.
- EB2-China could advance by two weeks.
