EB3 ROW, Mexico & Philippines - FY 2012 Movement Estimation

For FY 2012, EB3-ROW-M-P is expected to move together similar to the movement that was seen for FY 2011. Based on available I-485 inventory, last released demand data, and hidden demand (or Consular Processing demand) that was observed in FY 2011, total EB3-M-P demand until 15th November 2006, will be 34,674. Based on annual allocation for EB3-ROW-M-P, visa number available will be 29,128 +2803 + 2803 = 34,734. Please see table below for detailed calculation. EB3-ROW-M-P is expected to reach 15-November-2006 for FY 2012 based on currently available data. This projection will be updated as cut-off dates will progress in FY 2012.

For FY 2012, EB3-ROW will only use 24,733 visas; EB3-M will use 3,024 visas and EB3-P will end up using 6,917 visa numbers. I-485 demand (or AOS or visible demand) from the inventory that is expected to clear in FY 2012 is 21507, 2326 and 5321 respectively for ROW, Mexico and Philippines in EB3 category.

* - Please note that for FY 2011, there was change in demand from inventory to inventory, every quarter. From October 2010 to September 2011, at least 7194 demand for previous already current PDs were added all together. These numbers accounted for at least 50% of increase in demand from inventory to inventory. If this is again observed for FY 2012, cut-off date is expected to reach only until PD July 2006 for EB3-ROW-M-P. We are hoping since most of the cases from LO are now returned to National Service Centers this is less unlikely, but we will need to keep a close eye at difference in demand that  may  evolve from inventory to inventory,

If in the next fiscal year it will reach Nov 15, 2006, then monthly movement will be 4 weeks more or less?
one year advance on every new fiscal year. its good than having no movement at all.

It may change depending upon demand for each month. like for this month because of high EB3-P demand, we are just expecting 2 week movement.

No it will take 2 months to cross 2006 because of high EB3-P demand of around 1350 to cross 2006.

i hope this will be the trend.comparing from the other site this is the only forum which is always accurate with their prediction,nice job CM.so there is a bigger chance that sept. 2006 will be current for 2012FY?

Chances are September 2006 are good so far unless we start seeing increases in pending cases from inventory to inventory.

why do you move so soon, when my PD is not up to date? Interview will be made only at the time when will my PD date? Is the possibility that the interview take place or will be 100%?

Hi CM, For EB3-P You account 1350 to cross 2006. Did you account 13,550 (demand prior to 2007) to get into FY2012 movement to November 15, 2006 ?

Please ignore my earlier comment. With change in demand data for EB3 - P in October VB to 13550, this will impact movement for EB3 ROW- M-P for FY 2012. We will have to update and recalculate estimation for FY 2012. Thank you for bringing this to our notice. This is definitely not good news for EB3- ROW

If this bill passes, ROW-M-P will become unavailable immediately. The bill only provides 15% of the visas to ROW-M-P and that 15% would be already taken by the time this bill becomes a law.
Call the house congressmen to vote aganist the bill 3012, which is a totally night mare to EB3-row. Only indian applicants benefit.
The right choice is to awake all the applicants from row, philiphin and mexico, call the congressmen to vote aganist the bill 3012, which is so unfair to the rest of the world. The population of indian is 20% of the world and they want 85% of the Green Card numbers, what a joke.
HR3012 is a JOKE! Vote against it. Instead of this bill, why not go for VISA RECAPTURE?
HR3012 is being used by some politicians for their own sake,why waste time with such a useless bill? Think again,if that happens,America will stink to the maximum level!lol!
